Meet the Team

Trevor Hall, PT, DPT

Founder & Clinical Director

I’m born and raised in Richmond and currently live in the West End with my girlfriend, Jenna, and our two dogs, Minnie and Scottie. I graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology from The College of William and Mary, and received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University.

I'm passionate about making movement care convenient, fun, and actually effective. As a physical therapist and local clinic manager, I see the same pattern every day— people wait until they’re injured to address their movement limitations.

Hall Movement is my answer to that problem.

When I'm not working, you'll find me walking our dogs, playing hoops or football, or relaxing with a game on TV. You won’t find a bigger Commanders or Wizards fan— so you know I’m loyal.

I grew up in the Richmond area and was highly involved with the running community. My passion for running led me to earn All-American honors at D3 track nationals while I was a student at Bridgewater College.

I graduated with a bachelors degree in science, with a focus in medicine. I continued my education at University of Lynchburg, earning my masters of science in athletic training (M.S.A.T).

I use my knowledge of science as a middle school teacher and to continue my own educational journey by focusing on running form and gait analysis. This and my love of running has led me to become a Certified Running Gait Analyst and a 5k race director!

I currently live in North Chesterfield with my wife and our son, Dash the tortoise! In my free time I enjoy letting Dash roam the yard, getting food out with friends, exploring new breweries, and listening to live music!

Jenisha Cannady, EP-C

Movement Coach

Originally from Virginia Beach and now calling Richmond home for the past six years, I’m passionate about health, movement, and helping others feel their best.

I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, which led me to earn my Clinical Exercise Physiology certification. I have a particular interest in working with older adults, helping to maintain independence and quality of life at every age.

Dance has been a major part of my life for over 20 years, and that passion continues to fuel my enthusiasm for exercise and teaching others the purpose and power of movement.

Outside of fitness, I enjoy crocheting, exploring the city with my boyfriend, and finding new ways to stay creative and connected to the community.
