2. We come to you
Your coach arrives at your location with a professional treatment table and everything needed for the session.
3. Assessment and stretching
Every session includes a brief intake conversation, movement screen, and guided 1-on-1 assisted stretching.
4. You leave with a plan
Before you're done, your coach assigns a personalized home exercise program through our app.
5. Track your progress
We record your Tightness Score every session, so you’ll see how much you’ve improved over time.
