Frequently Asked Questions

You book an appointment online. We come to your home, office, local park, or anywhere you’d like. We bring the treatment table and any equipment we might need to stretch you, and then we educate you on the best ways to maintain your progress. Then you continue your day! Flexibility for your body. Flexibility for your schedule.

Sessions cost $120 for 60 minutes and include a full movement assessment, assisted stretching, and a custom exercise program delivered via app. You can book as often or as little as you'd like, though most clients see the best results coming every 1-2 weeks initially.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, like gym shorts or leggings and a t-shirt or tank top. We'll need access to the areas we're stretching (hips, shoulders, legs, back), so avoid jeans or restrictive clothing. You'll also want to clear a space in your home about 10 feet by 6 feet for our portable table. A living room, bedroom, or home office works great. That's it! We bring everything else we need.

No, physical therapy is a reactive medicine for patients with injuries. At Hall Movement, we’re hoping to be the reason you don’t get injured in the first place. Despite our Movement Coaches being clinical specialists, assisted stretching is a preventative wellness treatment for clients without pain.

It’s similar. If you've been to one of those studios, you'll be familiar with assisted stretching. We just took that concept and made it more convenient and clinical. Instead of driving to a studio, we bring the table to you. Instead of following a standardized routine, our Movement Coaches assess your specific movement patterns and customize the session. And instead of just stretching you, we teach you why you're tight and give you exercises to keep improving on your own. Same core service, elevated experience.

No referral is needed! Our services are wellness-based, not medical treatment. However, if you have a recent injury, chronic pain condition, are recovering from surgery, or have any serious medical conditions, we recommend checking with your doctor first to make sure stretching is appropriate for you. During your first session, we'll go through a health intake form and discuss any concerns to ensure our services are a safe fit for your situation.
